Surely admitting that jazz is an over looked genre in Brighton is not a good idea? You want to convince them that it would be appreciated so that you can both pull in a profit! Please think about plannind dialogue properly and that the sound if good enough.
I would be most inclined to choose Michael Buble purely because of his mass popularity and his jazzy past and present. Seeing as Mr Buble sings the songs of many great past jazz musicians Frank Sinatra being one of them, Michael is the perfect individual to propose an interview to as he would be Funny and interesting
I would ask him about his music career and what got him into the profession in the first place as well as who he looks up to as an idol. Preferably I would want him to talk about people from his childhood maybe a few not so known artists as well as some popular artists from his time that may be music legends now. I believe that readers would want to know this type of information because it is interesting to the reader.
