Aim: To identify those involved in the creation of print media, investigate + troubleshoot potential issues prior to production

I will  need to be prepared like this because the shoot must go on, and we are able to acquire the best images we can possibly gather from doing this photo shoot in any conditions we are faced with.


Equipment:
Camera (Avoid damage to camera via rain, snow and other weather negatives) use umbrella or plastic bag to cover camera in the rain
SD card/ Backups (if memory begins to look scarce head off to an internet cafe and live the good life uploading your images to the world wide web and your skydrive) 
Batteries, take extra
Tripod
Make Up
Costume
Props
Back drop 
Laptop/cables
Photo Editing Software
Camera Lenses, make sure you have them with you before you set off

Location:
Outside (Weather Dependent)
Hove Park School
Parks and Public Locations
Private property 

Facilities: 
consumables will be accessible at all times through a packed lunch or a nearby consumable outlet such as a warm 'take away' business

In case of human respiratory failure inhalers and oxygen tanks will be at all times in easy access for all personnel and any members of public that in need of a lung capacity induction.

  1. Part of the reason for planning ahead Ryan is to prepare for any eventuality, you must sensibly identify what could go wrong and plan for it. Being prepared means that you don't have to waste time unnecessarily when you are out with all the crew and equipment (only to realise you might have forgotten something essential). Also will your magazine only contain one 'local' artist, you must consider who else you could have in your magazine and plan for those photos. Please revisit this post and amend. (i.e. Oxygen tanks - where are these specifically? What parks and public locations will you be using?)
